  1. It is really hard to go back and downgrade 8.1.3 firmware to iOS 10 nowadays when Apple can stop signing their older firmware. One there is only one hope and that is either iFaith or Semi-restore that can help you to restore your firmware to iOS 9.

    You can then, re jailbreak iOS 10 after downgrading iOS 8.1.3. As, we all know that there isn’t jailbreak 8.1.3 and there isn’t any hope for the release in the near future.
