3G Unrestrictor 5 does not work on AT&T. Have attempted to contact the developer several times but to no avail. It is a paid app and the least she can do is respond. The app is useless to me since I cannot use FaceTime.

3G unrestrictor 5 is really great tweak and additionally it works on my iPhone 5 that has been jailbroken using Ragebreak.
I hope it would work on my iPad Air too, but I would have to jailbreak it before try.
