As Apple released the new firmware, MuscleNerd, a member of Evad3rs team who is developing evasion for iOS 8.3, tweeted about the possibility of iOS 8.4 jailbreak. In the past couple of members of this team has tweeted about the process of iOS 8.3 jailbreak.

I would say that iTouch device owner who have 6.1.3 jailbreak, should not upgrade their iDevice to iOS iOS 8.3 and wait for jailbreak for iOS 8.3 series. However, iOS 8.3 has many bug fixed, so if you have iOS 8.3 or iOS 8.3, then you should definitely update it.
