Eclipse recently updated for iOS 10.2 compatible for iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. The tweak is paid and user need to purchase to install it. Its fully compatible for iPad devices.

How to Install and Use Eclipse iOS 9
The user who wanna use night mode, need to jailbreak their iDevice and install Cydia installer first. Cydia would have BigBoss repo source. If there is BigBoss repo source exist, type “Eclipse” and choose iOS 10.2 compatible version. There is a separate iOS 7 compatible version available for the older firmware.
Eclipse doesn’t have any app icon, so, just open Settings.app and scroll down to the Eclipse Cydia theme settings. Here, you would find each and every settings related to Eclipse iOS 9.
