You can use QuickTime player to record iPhone screen, free and easy, no need jailbreak.
1. Plug in iPhone to computer, launch QuickTime and select menu File->New Movie Recording.
2. On the right of the red circle record button on the video preview screen is a reversed ^ icon. Click on it for a drop down menu allowing you to choose the iPhone as video source. That’s all.
But you can’t record streaming video in many apps with QuickTime due to copyright protection thing – this uses Acethinker iPhone Screen Recorder and seems to get round that with many apps.

I have a non-jailbroken iPhone, and I downloaded it, all you have to do is change your date to 2012 and download it and there you go. Now instead of going and calling out mistakes of people try using something called common sense ;D

Most of the spy apps are paid, you can easily purchase such apps from Apple App store, if you have non-jailbreak iPhone 5S. You can still purchase those Spy apps even you have jailbreak device.
