  1. Hey, another very good alternative is RHUB. Its remote support servers provide easy remote access to all computers from anywhere anytime.

  2. Worse with every version :/ (design is ok) extremly buggy and where is repeat all and repeat one options??? Does not feel like app from Apple anymore or maybe this is still a beta version..

  3. You say that you “…really like the redesigned remote,” even while saying it has no new features and admitting that you’re “really looking forward to trying it out more soon.” In other words, you barely tried it, but really like it, even though it has new features. Then how about, “At first glance, the redesign is spiffier, although there are no new features. But I also haven’t had the chance to put it through its paces yet.”

  4. First of all, this isn’t the first app to provide remoting in to your desktop, if you want something that works – try LogMeIn. It’s incredibly easy to use and set up. This “official” app that everyone is so pumped about because it’s “official” isn’t near as user friendly.
I can’t even get the damn thing to work. If you try to follow the “help” in the app, you’re brought to a novel of instructions. How difficult does this really have to be? LogMeIn is a 15 MB download, once you install, it works. Microsoft tries to make you solve the matrix just to set it up. Stay away from this POS

    1. Something remarkable: Microsoft had to buy the app “iTap RDP” from its developers and almost simply renamed it in order to have a decent RDP client.

        1. You’re correct man,
It’s very confusing… The iPAd app does not seem to have anything in common with the Windows Remote host app. The host app offers Easy connect password, while the iPad app wants to know the Gateway, Connection name etc. Like trying to read a CD with a tape recorder… Going back to Teamviewer.

    2. Why is there no iTunesRadio control? It honestly makes no sense to me. Apple really sold me on that and now I can’t control it without being at my systems.

  5. The Jump Remote is perfect remote connection manager for RDP and VNC
I have it on my iPhone 5S runs on iOS 9. It works like a charm
