Apple was discovering vulnerabilities and exploits used by TaiG and PP Jailbreak to jailbreak iOS 9. They had patched PanGu jailbreak exploits last time with iOS 9 update.
With iOS 8.1.3 release, they have patched four main vulnerabilities used by TaiG which could be useful to jailbreak iOS 9. As now, TaiG iOS 9 jailbreak is not possible using these exploits, there was everything depended on PP Jailbreak exploits.
But, as per our analysis of iOS 8.1.3 release note, Apple has gave a credit to PP Jailbreak too for discovering a exploit. So, it means PP Jailbreak 9 is also not possible at this stage.

Today, Apple pushed an important update with iOS 9 beta 5 which has Apple Watchkit and new SDK to the developers, so that, they can create new Apple Watch Apps compatible for iOS 9.
As it is now clear that Apple Watch release date is set for April launch. We would see upcoming iOS 9 beta specially develop to power up Apple Watch (iWatch) and battery issues for iDevices.
One more thing, Apple had killed TaiG and PPJailbreak exploits in iOS 8.1.3 update, the same patches can be applied with iOS 9 beta 5 too.

Today, Apple pushed an update to iOS firmware and that’s iOS 8.1.3. Apple is claiming that they have fixed major bugs and improved battery drain issues. A few security patches also have been appeared in iOS 8.1.3 update.
But, its really bad news for jailbreak iOS 8.1.3 users that now it looks difficult to jailbreak 8.1.3 nearly. For now, jailbreak 8.1.3 users should keep away from iOS 8.1.3 update in the first place, if they want their iOS 9 jailbreak.
We’ve detailed analysis the iOS 8.1.3 release notes and found that Apple killed iOS 8.1.3 Jailbreak vulnerabilities and the hope for iOS 9 jailbreak. All four exploits and vulnerabilities have been fixed that TaiG and PPJailbreak were using.
With TaiG and PPJailbreak, Apple killed and patched another two vulnerabilities used by PanGu team and Stefan Esser. So, those exploits are also not possible to use in iOS 8.1.3 jailbreak or iOS 9 jailbreak.

I found TaiG team stronger than PanGu, EvasiOn and PPJailbreak. The main reason is, they are mature in jailbreaking since iOS 9. Whereas, PPJailbreak has just modified the ready untethered tool for Mac OS X.
