4 When you selected all unused apps, just right click and select “Delete” option from pane.
5 iTunes will ask you “Are you sure you wanna delete the selected apps from your iTunes library?”, hit the “Delete Apps” button.
Note: All your selected apps will be deleted from synchronized iDevices with your iTunes library.
6 In the next confirmation window, you need to select “Move to Trash” button, if you wanna delete them permanently or click on “Keep Files” button.
