As Apple released the new firmware, MuscleNerd, a member of Evad3rs team who is developing, tweeted about the possibility of iOS 7.1.2 jailbreak. In the past couple of members of this team has tweeted about the process of 7.1.2 jailbreak.

MuscleNerd warned iTouch device owner who have jailbroken 6.1.3, not to upgrade their device to latest firmware until final version of JB. But, if you have already jumped to 7.1.2, then you should upgrade to 7.1.2.
Actually, all the JB team members are checking how does update work with. As a part of this process, MuscleNerd again tweeted after a few hours of first tweet that you can upgrade to 7.1.2, if you are already have 7.1.2 series .

I would say that iTouch device owner who have 6.1.3 jailbreak, should not upgrade their iDevice to iOS 7.1.1 and wait for jailbreak for 7.1.2 series. However, 7.1.1 has many bug fixed, so if you have 7.1.1 or 7.1.2, then you should definitely update it.
